Electronic manufacturer, Samsung has further extended its mobile market by launching Samsung Chat in India. The new Chat, as the name suggests, is a chat friendly phone with a QWERTY key pad which gives convenience to type messages.
Samsung Chat has a 2.2’’ TFT display, which is better than the other displays of the phones in its segment. The phone can support two networks at the same time which means that it also features Dual SIM.
Another feature, worth noticing is the voice clarity which gives the users a good experience along with 43MB of internal storage, which can be extended up to 16 GB with a micro SD memory slot. The phone is the best one for those, who are in search for a relief in typing text messages.
It has an internet browser support WAP/XML/HTML formats and also supports Bluetooth, GPRS, USB. The only drawback of the phone may be that it does not have a 3G support and no WLAN. The Chat has a VGA camera with 640 X 480 pixels resolution. It can also record videos at the rate of 15 frames per second. The cost of the Samsung Chat in the Indian market has been announced as Rs. 3150 and is a great value for money for those who cannot afford the Blackberry phones.
