Gonzalez hit two HRs as Red Sox ease past Texas
Gonzalez’s two homerun allowed his side to keep the advantage over the hosts throughout the entire meeting. He opened the clash with a 433 footer hit in the first term, being followed by Ortiz who also fired a 398 foot homerun in the second term for a remarkable start.

Toronto Blue Jays 6 – 9 Kansas City Royals
Royals beat Jays at the Rogers Centre on Thursday also thanks to a late consistent rally which saw the visitors score four precious points in the last two terms. Concerning Giants’ route, they have dropped three gamesback behind leadres Arizona, sitting second with a .527 record including 69 wins and 62 defeats. The loss to Astros was their seventh in the past ten games and 27th at home.
