- Develop and maintain systems to establish standard relating to activities
- Develop and maintain system to measure performance against established standard
- Monitor performance (in relevant area) according to agreed standards and take necessary action to communicate/ advice/ assist/ according to performance levels.
- Monitor and inform/ communicate/ apply standards created/ maintained by external bodies, and integrate within internal quality management system.
- Establish and implement necessary communication strategy for the improvement and awareness of quality issues across all the departments.
Requirements:
- Male/ Female, Age 28 – 36 years old
- S1 or S2 (most preferably) from Business, Management or Economy
- 2 + years experience in the same position
- Confident, excellent communication, presentation and report writing skills and Interpersonal skills.
- Having good proficiency in English, proficient with computer literacy, minimum MS word, MS Excel and MS Power point.
- Available to work immediately
