- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt.
- Extensive experience of implementing Lean Six Sigma
- Familiar with Minitab and Advance Statistic
- Posses evidence of delivering significant business benefits through using Six Sigma & Lean techniques
- Posses evidence of training, developing and mentoring at all levels
- Excellent communication skills, facilitation and presentation skills
- Able to deliver CEO Level presentation in English
- Age between 28 to 38
