SOURCING ENGINER (SE)

The incumbent will be responsible to lead both local and corporate business sourcing initiatives as well as identify essential sourcing strategy and action plans to support company growth and acceleration program, work closely with business, technical, Global and Regional Sourcing team to develop set of sourcing for growth programs, conduct appropriate supplier assessment and qualification process to ensure quality supply, implement supplier management process in TQRDC improvement, develops and maintains a knowledge of the specific markets and supplier capabilities, achieve cost reduction, avoidance and sourcing growth target, conduct appropriate contract process and contract management, support global commodity management team and establish global sourcing connection.

We are looking for the talents with the minimum following requirements:

• Engineer degree in Mechanical/ Chemical/ Eng Physics/ Industrial
• 2 years Minimum experience in sourcing / procurement/ vendor management (MNC)
• Experience in production/ process/ quality will be an advantage
• High follow-up skill, project management and contract management
• Have ISO 9001, 14001, 18001 experience
• Good Communication & presentation skill
• Have good initiative, target oriented and work under minimal supervision.
• Ability to travel and work at supplier site
