PT SAKRA, distributor of leading baby products brands including strollers, car seats, and toys, is expanding and currently looking for the following positions to be filled:
PRODUCTION PLANNING AND INVENTORY CONTROL (PPIC)
Responsibilities :
- monitor stock and inventories daily
- analyze stock movement, recommends on Purchase Order
- organize delivery schedules to ensure efficient delivery processes
- co-ordinate service requests to ensure timely completion of service requests
- provides suggestion on PPIC process whenever possible
- Liaise with forwarders, ensure complete documentations for importations purposes
- Liaise with Ministry of Health and compile complete documentations for product registration purposes
- diploma degree or higher from reputable institution
- strong analytical skills
- computer skills especially Microsoft office
- independent, self-initiative, with good communication and interpersonal skills
- min experience of 2 years in PPIC, experience with import process, and Depkes product registration process is a bonus
