- University degree (S1) in Textile Chemistry/Chemistry Engineering
- Male/Female
- Minimum 4 years experience in textile mill/garment factory
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in similar position, especially in cotton; Printing, Dyeing & Finishing.
- Capable of managing Quality Assurance & Research Development
- Computer literate.
- Able to speak English is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, managerial skills , self motivated, having good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as an ability to take ownership of independent tasks assigned.
- Candidate will be placement in Bekasi
