MuscleNerd, the popular iPhone Dev team developer, has uploaded a new video of untethered iOS 4.2.1 jailbreak. This video suggests that Dev team members have found out the technique to provide untethered jailbreak facility to the iDevices.

As mentioned by him, Comex is also working on another untethered jailbreak, which can be used on iOS 4.2.1 devices. So, now there is no need to worry about the untethered jailbreak. If you still want to jailbreak iOS 4.2.1, you can use Redsn0w 0.9.6 Beta or PwnageTool to achieve tethered jailbreak.
