- Bachelor /Master Degree in Law/Psychology.
- Min. 3 years experiences as HC Manager in FMCG company.
- Have knowledge in labour regulation, payroll and general affair.
- Have knowledge in recruitment and selection, organizational development, compensation and benefits and employee services.
- Willing to be located in all around Indonesia
