Suriya is one actor who takes pain on and off screen, all for the sake of the films he is part of. And he is proving this once again for Raththa Charithram, for which he will tour Tamilnadu along with director Ram Gopal Varma.
The actor and the director will visit theaters in Madurai and Coimbatore on a chartered flight on November 30 in view of Raththa Charithram release and will interact with fans, who are selected through a contest.
On the movie, Suriya says, ‘it was the first time I worked simultaneously in Hindi, Telugu and Tamil versions for a movie, a high intense revenge drama directed by Ram Gopal Varma.’
Says the director Ram Gopal Varma,’It’s not a regular run-ofthe-mill film. We made it as a concise version in Tamil as the character played by Suriya actually appears only in part two. 80 percent of the footage in the film belongs to him.’
