Marketing Coordinator (MC)
(Jawa, Sumatera, Sulawesi)
Responsibilities:
- To supervise and manage sales revenue generation and to ensure a well organize and controlled sales force in the region in accordance with the given Marketing Plans and Program
- Ensure proper manpower deployment of sales personnel in order to maximize the objectives and efficiency of the sales group
- Oversee proper utilization and maintenance of company assets in the region; field stock, warehouse stock, trucks, motorcycles, office and house equipments, company documents and promotion material, etc
- Traffic operational activities in the region according to priority, urgency, necessity and importance which will have a direct proportional effect on revenue objectives
- Responsible for sales revenue generation and collection on government project APBD / APBN
Requirements:
- Male, 30 – 40 years old
- Minimal bachelor degree in Agriculture or related area
- Possess 2 – 5 years experience in marketing, planting and harvesting
- Independent, high initiative, self driven person and able to work under pressure of targets
- Able to work in team and excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Active in English both oral and written and having computer literate (windows application) is preferable
