Management Trainee for Sales Supervisor
(All City in Indonesia)

Responsibilities:

• Management Trainee should follow our MT Training Programs until finish.

• Then at the end MT will be evaluated and if pass will be permanent employee as Sales Supervisor and will be assigned to any city.

Requirements:

• Male or Female, Single & maximum 30 years old
• Bachelor Degree (S1) & Diploma Degree (D3) in any related discipline
• Fresh Graduate are very welcome to apply
• May have experience in sales, but not more than 2 years
• Willing to learn and follow the MT Training Programs until finish
• Pleasant personality, have leadership skill and also a persuasive person
• Good in communication skill (should be able to speak & write in English)
• Flexible, fast learner, open minded, independent & good interpersonal skill
• Computer literate in MS Office
• Willing to work in beer company
• Applicants must be willing to be located in all city in Indonesia
• Must be able to drink beer while visit outlet
• Applicants must be domicile in Jakarta & around
