Area Sales Manager - Based in Semarang
(Jawa Tengah - Semarang)

Responsibilities:

• The Area Sales Manager is accountable for maximizing sales and distribution of products to achieve volume and revenue targets. The Area Sales Manager is responsible to grow the business in his/her responsible areas through the distribution by managing the appointed distributors and sub distributors in the areas, implementing and controlling all the sales and marketing strategies and activities. To develop effective distribution based on company strategy lead and manage the achievement of the sales out and merchandising objectives within the assigned area in line with agreed targets and brand/trade marketing programs

Requirements:

• S1 Degree From Any Discipline
• 5 - 7 Years Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods companies or MNC OTC
• Having Market Knowledge
• Strong communication skills spoken & Written (English compulsory)
• Possess strong Analytical skills;
• People Management skills: Training programs and Team building
• Driving people for results through Motivation, Rewards & punishments
• Willing to work in the tough environment ( result oriented)
