Six Sigma Leader
Key Responsibilities:
- Select, drive and lead high impact Six Sigma process improvement and other projects in AXA Indonesia to succesful completion
- Liase with BoD members on project selection, progress as well as the solving of project issues
- Develop and implement Six Sigma Strategic Plan in AXA Indonesia
- Train Six Sigma Green Belts as well as develop and coach Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt candidates and other project managers on project execution
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Management, IT, Engineering, Mathematics or related field. master degree and/or overseas graduation is preferred
- Six Sigma Black Belt qualification from a well-known company
- Minimum of 4 years experience in project management, preferably in a project manager position (medium to large sized project)
- Experience with conducting Six Sigma Process owner and Green Belt trainings as well as coaching Green Belts and Black Belts
- Experience in the insurance industry or financial world is preferred
