After the deadly shark attacks reported in the Red Sea shore of Egypt, experts have started arriving at the Sharm-el-Sheikh resort on Tuesday to find the reasons of the four consecutive attacks on the shore. The general operations manager of the Red Sea Diving College, Jochen Van Lysebettens said that, the behavioral experts will form a team to advice on the best action to be taken post the attacks.
According to the Egypt’s Interior Ministry, the resort will remain closed unless the shark which was responsible for the deadly attack is found. Van said that, the reason behind the attacks has to be found in order to stop such attacks in future.
The ministry of Tourism had selected the panel of the experts meant to investigate the matter. On Sunday, a 70 year old German woman was killed by a shark. Eye witnesses said that the water had turned red where the woman was attacked.
After the incident, all the water sport activities were stopped at the shore by the Chamber of Diving and Water Sports.
