QA Inspector (Indonesia, CBI Asia)
Job Responsibilities:

- Interaction with Sourcing Department on product direction and product expectations;
- Receiving and reviewing technical packages (specifications, lasts, materials, scope of work, ect.) from third party footwear factories to initiate footwear product development;
- Management of the development process to ensure timely delivery of prototypes and sales samples in accordance with Collective’s product creation calendar;
- Collaboration cross- functionally with Collective technology, costing and other associates to ensure product execution to satisfy aesthetic and margin goals;
- Liaison with Collective’s quality assurance group on product quality inspection prior to shipment to satisfy Collective’s standards;
- Provide perspective and analysis for the use of new factories for production, along with management or assistance on new factory audit or vetting process.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in footwear industry ;
- Production Experience in Women’s dress and casual shoes, leather shoes experience would be preferred.
- Attention to details and analytical skill;
- High Integrity, motivated with strong creative, organizational and planning skills;
- Excellent communication skills; Good command of English language;
- Proficient computer skill.
