HRD & Administration
(Jawa Timur)

Requirements:

• Female, max 30 years old
• S-1 degree in any discipline preferably in Psychology/Laws or related degrees in Human Resources
• Having of 1 - 2 years working experience in Human Resources and General Affairs matters.
• Familiar with Job Analysis, Job Description, Job Evaluation, Competency profiling & mapping, HR policy & procedures
• Ability to operate independently and take initiative to achieve results is very important
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Mature, honest, tough, fast learner, and pleasant personality
• Excellent physical and mental condition
