The Indonesian Drugs Police have arrested David Bao Duong for drugs possession. The 34 years old US citizen, who claimed to work as a stuntman for the famous Chinese movie start Jet Lee, was arrested while waiting for his back at the arrival terminal at the Soekarno Hatta Airport.
“The suspect was arrested on November 17, 2010 at the Soakarno Hatta airport while waiting for his bag at Terminal 2 D” said the spokesperson form National Narcotics Agency (BNN) Krisna Anggara to journalist Monday.

According to Krisna, David who is currently in custody refuse to acknowledge the bag. He insisted that the five packets of marijuana concealed inside food and soap wrapper doesn’t belong to him.
“Davis says the bag belongs to his friend named Scotty, an American citizen who lives in Los Angeles. Before his trip to Jakarta, David met Scotty and Scotty gave him a red suitcase to bring along to Jakarta. Scotty says his friend will pick it up when he arrives” Says Krisna.
David also says he is just helping a friend and does not get any payment for this. BNN is still investigating the claim. “Its an old story, nevertheless, we’ll get to the bottom of this” says Krisna.
Krisna is surprised however that the drugs made it pass Hongkong custom
David who is also working as a stock trader is tested positive for drug use. He is charged with Article 111 clause 2 and Article 113 clause 2 Law No 35 year 2009 regarding illicit drugs punishable from 5 years to life in prison.
