We are a fast growing company located in Tangerang is looking for highly candidate to fulfill the vacant position below:

Quality Assurance Staff

Job Responsibilities :

To Set up & Develop Quality Assurance system activities of ISO 9001:2008.
Conduct internal audits, including closing out of audit findings and creating audit findings reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions.
Perform process audit in Plant and Supplier site and Measuring Performance using appropriate quality tools (e.g. SPC) and making the statistical report.
Handle the Customer Audit activities and ensuring the proper corrective and preventive actions.
Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality manuals, quality procedures, work instruction etc.
Leads and assists in investigations including product complaint and failure analyze follow-up.
Ensure timely resolution of supplier failure and ensuring the proper corrective actions and preventive actions.
Continuously improving QA receiving inspection process and procedures.
Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as QCC, 5S, Kaizen lean process methods, etc.
Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
Prepare and maintain statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data to evaluate the current process and process changes.
Preparation of QA reports.
Other duties may be assigned

Requirements :

S1 graduation in Chemical or Industrial Engineering
Must have the experience at least 5 years working experiences on the same position
Familiar with ISO 9001:2008 and or ISO/TS 16949:2002.
ISO 9001:2008 and or ISO/TS 16949:2002 Internal Auditor Certified.
Well known of ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14000 will be an advantage.
Fluent in English both Oral and Written
Advanced Skill of Communication and Managing People Behavior
Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing knowledge
Must have good computer skills
Age : max. 35
