The heartthrob of south Indian films Allu Arjun will soon be seen sharing screen space with actress Samantha. Samantha has recently given three hits in the south film industry including the block buster ‘Dookudu’ opposite Mahesh Babu.
Reports have said that film maker Bommarillu Bhaskar has cast Samantha to play the female lead role in his next venture. Bhaskar had recently approached the actress with the script of the movie.
After hearing the story, the actress did not give a second thought and had agreed to do the movie. Even the director did not have any second thought while casting her as he was aware of the popularity of the actress .
The movie will be produced by BVSN Prasad under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra. Bhaskar has earlier worked with Arjun in the block buster movie ‘Parugu’. The Arjun and Samantha starrer movie is likely to go in floors only in the year 2012. Arjun is also known for his earlier hit ‘Aarya 2’ opposite Kajal Agarwal.
