Bollywood Shahrukh Khan ‘Ra.One’

In some relief for Bollywood Shahrukh Khan, who is all set to release his movie ‘Ra.One’, after the ban on the film was lifted from his film by the Bombay High Court. But the court has asked Khan to deposit Rs. 1 crore by 22nd October before he is allowed to go ahead with his Diwali release.

The order from the court has come as a huge relief for the whole ‘Ra.One’ team after TV producer Yash Patnaik had demanded a ban on the film after he had claimed that Shahrukh had copied the concept of the film.

Patnaik had further demanded that the makers should give him 10 percent from the profits or Rs. 25 crores as damages.

According to the lawyer of the TV producer, the concept of the super hero was developed by him in the year 2006 and had also discussed the idea with the ‘Ra.One’ script writer Mushtaq Sheikh.

Patnaik had thus claimed that there were many similarities between the characters of the film and the concept that was created by him.

Earlier, director Anubhav Sinha had said that he had come up with the idea of the movie in the year 2005 after watching a commercial where two kids control human beings with a remote.
