Popular cola brand Pepsi has brought together for a commercial, for the first time, the father and son duo of Ranbir Kapoor and Rishi Kapoor. Both have already shot for commercial before Ranbir left for Istanbul for an endorsement shoot.
This is the first time the father and son duo will be sharing the screen space. Sources from the production unit had said that the two were very comfortable at the sets and had to play father and son in the commercial.
The ‘Wake Up Sid’ director Ayan Mukherji had shot the teaser for the commercial. A statement said that the teaser commercial will be released on Monday and the actual commercial will be released on 15th September 2011.
Actor Rishi Kapoor, in the teaser, tells his son that he does not think that he would ever become a crorepati, to which Ranbir says that he has got a plan for it. The teaser then ends with the music for the popular game show ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’.
