We never get how Japanese culture is always full of fantasies. Their manga, video games, dorama, anime, or graphic novels always filled with ideas that other Asian countries or Western cultures never think of. The character of those popular fictions are so famous, sometimes people want to resemblance it on real life. That's what we called as costume play (cosplay).
One of the most popular cosplay in Japan is as a nurse, which often appears in anime or hentai. And when someone as voluptuous as Mikie Hara wears nurse outfit, we can't help to imagine ourselves being taken care by her. We are a big fans of Japanese products, including their women, electronics, cars, and fictions (not necessarily in that order). It's a shame that we never been to the country of the rising sun, to proves whether a nurse like Mikie Hara does exist in real world.
