Tech / Developer / Planning / QC - Footwear
Supports the Manager of Tech/ Development/ Planning/ Inspector in developing a defined range of products. The candidates must have working experience in shoe industry (either in factory/ in buyer company) - We are looking for 7
persons in total for each position.
Key Roles
Manages tech/ development/ production planning/ quality control within a specific range of products and guidelines.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Understands and able to work within development timelines and procedures.
- Ensures Development is carried out in accordance with costing and specification requirements as detailed by headquarters.
- Determines and integrates the best possible technical application for product without compromising on design/specification integrity and cost allowance.
- Contributes in strengthening relationship with manufacturers (T1) and suppliers (T2) to achieve the common objective on quality and delivery, on measurable standard.
- Works closely with planning and participates in meeting to identify potential problems that would disturb the commercialization & production process and offers appropriate actions / solutions.
- Work closely with material sources to obtain best costing solutions that inline with product design/specification integrity.
- Ensures smooth product transfer from one stage to another within Development until production starts.
- Collaborates development, costing and production to ensure products follow the development and commercialization directions.
- Preferably holds a degree in a post-secondary discipline (eg. Associate's Degree, B.A etc.)
- Min 5 years experience working in the shoe industry in a technical capacity (strong understanding of footwear manufacturing process).
- Advance problem solving ability.
- Advance English skill (speaking, writing, reading).
- Computer literate.
- Team work oriented.
- Indonesian Citizen
