QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR

Holding supervisory position, the incumbent is responsible of:

• Developing and analyzing statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
• Formulating and maintaining quality control objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other plant managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
• Directing, through intermediate personnel, workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.
• Planning, promoting and organizing training activities related to product quality and reliability.
• Investigating and adjusting customer complaints regarding quality

Requirements:

• Holding bachelor degree in related department from reputable university, preferably Chemical Engineering or pharmacist.
• Having at least 3 (three) years of proven excellent track record in managing quality control. Experience in the chemical industry will be an advantage.
• Having strong, proven organizational and communication skills, excellent command of English (both written and oral),
• The incumbent should be willing to work in Salatiga, Central Java
• Having good leadership and interpersonal skill
• Computer literate : MS Word and Excel
• Good communication skill
• Highly responsible, reliable, honest and punctual, having positive attitude and high integrity
• Attention to detail and result oriented
