Actor Rameez Raja, who has wrapped up the shoot of Darling 2, has now signed on his next film, titled Ultaa, that is to be directed by debutant Vijai Balaji, a former assistant to Murugadoss. Janani Iyer has been roped in to play the female lead of the film.
