Area Sales Supervisor
(Kota Besar di Indonesia)

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute marketing campaign to increase brand awareness and get new customers
• Contributing to and developing marketing plans and strategies
• Work collaboratively with team to grow revenue with new and existing customers
• Competence in strategy and target oriented

Requirements:

• Male / Female, age max 40 years old, Education min. S1
• Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in the same position (preferably in retail telecommunication industrial, IT and handling sales of fast moving consumer goods product FMCG)
• Proficient in English (oral & written) and computer literate
• Pro-actively and creatively identify and solve client problems and provide solutions
• Having experience in prospect, follow up, presentation, negotiation, closing deals and delivery services, having leadership, team work, great communication skill, honest, discipline and operational activities.
• Proven record of successful process management and relationship development with large clients
• Self motivated/ highly independent, enthusiastic and target oriented
• Having driver license and owned car or motorbike is a must
