Use Google Docs’ Mobile Editing Feature

"Landep News"
Wow, seems like the Google Docs are working day and night to make it better. After tons of feature releases and changes in last few days, Google today announced support for editing your Google Docs documents on the go with your mobile device running on Android or iOS.

This new feature allows you to access the Docs editor on your mobile device to edit your spreadsheets and documents. You need to have an iOS 3.0+ device or an Android running 2.2+ to access the edit feature. Also, the editing is available only in English for now. You don’t need to install any separate app for that; all is done from inside the default browser only.
Another limitation pulled here is you will only be able to edit documents which have been created using the new real-time editor of Google Docs. There doesn’t seem any meaning to it on why we can’t edit earlier documents. Google states it as compatibility and better handling issues.
Google says it’s as easy as going to the Google Docs site from your device, selecting the document and clicking the Edit button next to it. Many of you won’t find that Edit option there currently because Google hasn’t rolled out the feature completely but it will be out by this weekend for everyone. There is also a separate interface for tablets like the Apple iPad or any Android based (like Galaxy Tab).
This feature surely brings cloud documenting on the move, literally.
